It’s crucial for our personal and professional self-development, which comes with many up-down moments where our mental health is tested. Stress and demotivation while studying are constantly our most vigorous opponents.

A good mood has been indicated to improve our capacity to learn and help us perform better than if we were in a “neutral mood”. Health is significantly related to all kinds of well-being, so we must keep ourselves at a very sustainable level to keep focusing on every important thing in our lives.
